To cancel the order, click on Account section and select the order /item you want to cancel. Locate the "cancel" button and click on it . The order has been cancelled. In case you are unable to cancel the order from 'My Orders' section,you can inform us through our mail at info@fashiononline.in

• Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can cancel the order and reset your address then reorder that product as soon as possible. • How do I place a return request?
Since no return facility is available right now, you can request a refund within 24 hours of delivery if there is a defective product. We offer an exchange on our products but need to be informed before the shipment date of the Product.
