Shipping Policy

We at Fashion Online know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So, we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 3-4 weeks working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How we ship Orders:

India Orders:

Delivery within 2-3 weeks working days (excluding weekends & public holidays ) of dispatch, depending upon the location.

USA orders:

Delivery within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) of dispatch, depending upon the your location. Shipping charges depend on your location.

International Orders:

Delivery within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) of dispatch, depending upon the country & your location. Shipping charges depend on your location.

1. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. If we cannot process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional two business days. Orders with the out-of-stock item(s) may take another 5 business days to process and ship.

3. We do not guarantee any time limit of delivery (Preferably a minimum 3 to maximum 4 weeks ). In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the committed number of days to delivery, as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.

4. We will refund the total money if the order has a defect or is lost in transit by us.


As per now we offer free delivery in SFO region and bay areas. Shipping charges depend on the country and your location.

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery on customized Products which will be extra chargeable depending on country and location.
NOTE: If the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer when placing the order is placed. We will be able to offer a partial refund after deducting the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped.
