» If we are unable to deliver the original ordered item due to unavoidable reasons, then according to our terms we will request you to select an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost. Well, if no alternate selection is desired by a customer, then the company will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
» Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.
» Customize and stitched ordered will not be exchange and return.
» Shipping costs responsibility of the customer for return and exchange ordered.

Color and Description Disclaimer
A customer must fix an order keeping in mind some minor variation in color, as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received. It seems bit tough for us to replicate the same color as seen on a monitor. Although extra attention is given to accurately reproduce colors, still there may be minor variations in color of the actual product due to the nature of fabric dyes. A variation in shade is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of color under different lights.

What is the process of Order Cancellation?
Any order can be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Kindly call us and inform. In case the product is already shipped but not yet delivered, kindly call us and we will take care of the same with our logistics partner. We will issue a coupon code of equivalent purchased amount which you can use to purchase any product from our website in the future. No refunds will be processed for Cancellations.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been done.
What is the Refund request processing time?
Once you have requested for a refund, it will take us 1-2 working days for refund initiation. We will inform you once the process has been completed.
Kindly note, In case of prepaid payments, the money is transferred back to the source of payment and it may take from 5-21 days for the refund to be processed, depending on different banks. What are the modes of refund available?
Incase of Prepaid Orders, the amount is refunded back to the source through which the payment was made for the transaction.
Incase of COD Orders, the amount will be refunded on every 3rd & 17th of every month in your account as a deposit, for deliveries from 1-15th and 16-31st of every month.
