At FashionOnline Designer Boutique, each garment is crafted exclusively for the customer who orders it. Every piece undergoes meticulous cutting, stitching, and finishing by our skilled team. Because our products are made-to-order, we follow a precise and transparent policy to maintain quality and fairness for all customers.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters the production process. Fabrics are cut and tailoring begins within a short time window.
For this reason, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances, including requests made minutes after placing the order.
We strongly encourage customers to review their order details—sizes, color choices, customization notes—before finalizing the purchase.
Since each outfit is tailored specifically for the individual buyer, we do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
Because the garments are produced based on customer-selected measurements, styles, and variations, it isn’t feasible for us to restock or resell them.
To ensure a confident purchase, we advise customers to refer to size charts, fabric descriptions, and product guidelines before placing an order.
We do allow limited exchanges, but only under specific conditions and within a strict time frame.
Exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not progressed beyond the initial production stage.
Customers may request an exchange for the following reasons:
• Size update – if you wish to adjust the size before the garment is cut.
• Color or pattern change – only if that variation is available within the same design and can be applied before production advances.
Once production has progressed beyond cutting or tailoring, exchanges cannot be honoured.
In the rare event that an outfit arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.
After verifying the issue, we will either offer a correction, an exchange, or a remake depending on the situation.
Minor variations in color, finish, or measurements (up to 1–2 inches) are considered normal in handcrafted garments and are not treated as defects.
